Autumn-ness Day

Today it looks to be a glorious day outside. I haven't actually been outside. It's chilly inside today-enough to drive me to hoodie and fuzzy socks.
This morning I watched Camp Rock 2 just for kicks and giggles. I didn't like it much compared to the first one. I wonder if Disney will EVER realize that the movie that started a franchise was what people loved in the first place. The simplicity makes the first story endearing. In interviews their always like "We're going to make this much bigger and better than the first one." It is so annoying. Bigger is not what makes the story and that is a very sore point with me. Oy Disney. I am rather amused that they dropped Narnia. I think Disney will live to regret that one when the Christians turn out in hordes this Christmas for one of the most beloved books in the Narnia series. Personally I am glad they did drop it...I think Disney is cowardly when it comes to expressing issues that actually matter. They are so determined to not make anyone mad and be sure they represent every ethnicity that they no longer have much meat to the stories they make. I bet Walt Disney would roll over in his grave at the way his name is represented these days...
Anyway...I was in no way planning on that outburst.
Today I decided to post the progress report one thing at a time to encourage progress.
1# Practiced "All Through the Night"
2# Carol of the Bells is coming along very well.

I feel bad...I have done such an awful job on my list this week...I guess some weeks are like that though and the important thing to keep going. I'll try to add more to this later.

Weellll...I am once again behind on my Bible reading. 30 chapters to read today. This stretch is tough though...the end of Exodus and the first part of Leviticus...I have GOT to remember to read throughout the week and get it done. I only have six chapters left before I'm caught up.

3# Caught up on Bible reading. Stopped at Leviticus 15.

As much as I'm a fan of Disney stuff, I still have to agree with you. Hopefully Fox will do a much better job on Voyage. (It is Fox right?)
