Trivial Pursuits

So this is about my state of mind. Things I have been thinking and doing.

For Robert's birthday weekend we went to see Catching Fire in the theater-it was amazing and epic and one of the best movies ever. I LOVE IT! The following are some pictures from that weekend.

My lovely mockingjay nails! Alex made the template and painted them on.
Yes, I took a picture in the bathroom mirror!

                                                          Orange Leaf frozen yogurt place.
                                                                  Hits Deep Tour!

Toby Mac signed my hand!

On my mind recently is...

2014-all my hopes and wishes, for our 5th anniversary and my golden birthday and just in general and trying to give all that to God a dozen times a day.

Job Problems-This is a constant area of stress and prayer to me. Last year Robert was told from Jacobs where he worked that they didn't have enough money so they relieved some jobs. After that he was hired by a man who did construction and built houses-usually an hour or more drive each direction. We both ended up quitting Border Fare over the summer/fall months. In the early summer Robert's boss decided to retire and he got a job from a second construction company. About a month ago that job fell through because permits were not going through and their was just not enough work for the winter. Robert just got another job at a local company which was going for a few weeks but they are short on work now too and he has not had work for the past week. With lots of bills and two little'uns it is hard to squeeze by...and that is an understatement. Robert is also considering going back into the guard-we are waiting on a waiver to see what happens with that. So if you are reading this I plead with you all to pray for a good job for Robert. One that he mostly like and can support a family. That we will be able to meet our bill deadlines and get food and gas. And hopefully photography and conversions jobs for me. And that we will be diligent and persevere.

Christmas-To keep it all in perspective and have a wonderful Christmas season. And hopefully be able to purchase at least a few little gifts for people. Right now that it not even an option...trying to work on creativity.

Orders-that I will be able to fill them quickly, properly and efficiently.

Cleaning House-need I say more...and decorating it.

That pretty much sums it up!

I've been praying and will continue to! Something good is just around the corner: I know it.
