Preconceived

So today-or yesterday I guess-I had a really really good day.
I expected to kinda have fun but it was honestly one of the best days I can remember.
(other than trips and stuff which are just all around awesome)
It started out with me getting up and paying a bunch of bills.
Thanks to Alex for delivering one of them.
Which may sound lame but I love paying bills.
Or rather being able to pay bills.
After that I talked to one of my cousins for a couple hours which was quite entertaining since we don't often talk.
So that was good.
Then I gave Ari and Judah baths.
They love bath time!
Then I decided we should go on a walk so we delivered a letter and then walked to the grocery store.
I was pushing this massive double stroller which I have to lift a lot to be able to turn it.
The store was fun...I didn't have much money to spend so I decided to see what all I could get for my small amount. I think I did pretty good.
So we walked home with all the groceries in the bottom, Judah napping and Ariana eating her apple.
By the time we got here our friend James was here and it was time to get ready for our evening escapade.
Our house was a disaster which I need to work on...
anywho...
Ariana took a short nap while we waited for everyone else to get here.
Robert and James cleaned the van.
Shaina arrived next and we talked awhile and she held Judah and then Alex arrived a bit later we were all off.
It was an awesome car ride.
Just goofy and fun and we played a quote game which was fun and difficult because Shaina chose awesomely hard quotes to place.
We arrived in Ames where we drove to see our friend and fellow Vagabond, Jonathan whom we hadn't seen since early August.
We all went to Subway.
James and Robert were snapping straws...interesting thing.
Afterwards we went and watched Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2. It was FULL of puns but was really good. I held Judah and he slept all cozy and Ari sat with me, Robert or Alex and positively loved the movie.
It was so great how good they both were.
That made me happy too.
We had to leave after that. It was really good seeing Jonathan though...I hope it isn't to long before our next visit!
So we drove home, Alex was DJ, James tried to sleep and me and Shaina rocked out.
That was fun too!
Afterwards Alex stayed for a bit and we watched a couple episodes of an awesome show!
So it was an amazingly wonderful and fun delightful day and I didn't think it would be nearly THAT great.
*Happy sigh*
I am getting tired of all my preconceived ideas of how things should be...it seems more fun to just roll with it on occasion...
anyway...Here's to a great October!
Happy Rabbit Rabbit Day!
