March Winner...EASTER!

After the election in November and for the few months following...I was really discouraged. I have a tendency to get my mind entangled and stuck like fishing line in matters I have no control over-like huge world problems.
Well I did better for a couple months but this past week I have been discouraged again.
I have been praying about it a lot and besides feeling like God is telling me to "Lay up treasures in Heaven" which I am working on too now...I decided to try and find one thing a month I am really super excited about.
And maybe you think, "Dude, your having a baby! Isn't that enough?" Honestly I think it is hard to be uplifted a lot when pregnant....although I am starting to feel the little fellow move every night and that delights me to the core!
Well this month there is a lot I am delighted about. Ariana's birthday and party, more Vagabond stuff and movie nights, doctor's appointments (which I actually really look forward to) and Easter.
And hands down the winner of the month is Easter for what I am most excited for!
Why?
Well...I think that should be obvious! Jesus died for me and you AND He ROSE AGAIN! YEHAW!
If that isn't a good reason I don't know what is.
It makes me want to sob and dance all at once!
Thank you Lord!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another part of it is...my Dad is a Pastor and he always had the best Easter Service.
"He is Risen! He is Risen Indeed! Hallelujah!"
The excitement of that phrase always comes to life when Daddy is preaching.

And my sister playing "Via Dolorosa" for me to sing.

And then of course the commercial part while not important...is very fun to do. Decorating eggs and hunting them or watching others hunt them. All the pretty spring dresses and pastels that make an appearance in stores and in the church on Easter Sunday.

This year I have Ari and Hubbers to have fun with on Easter! I will try and post here afterwards so we will know how grand it was. =)
