Tomorrow Ariana will be a month old.
It's hard to believe in some ways and then sometimes it seems like she's always been here.
It is quite the thing to try and get used too...having a little daughter.
She's over her cold and her eye has recovered nicely as well.
She's already pushing the limits on a lot of her 0-3 clothes and diapers.
Ariana is slowly learning to sleep in her own bed throughout the night but still thinks me and Robert really ought to be holding her instead.
She's starting to state her opinions more forcefully...it's so exhausting at times I feel like I'll never be rested again.
My favorite moments are when she just sleeps on my stomach for hours just happy to be close to Mama.
Last night was special...she was crying a whole lot during dinner so I started talking to her from the table and she paused crying and listened. I told her to go to sleep and she closed her eyes and did. It was awesome though because it was obvious she was really and truly listening and then was calmed by my voice.
That made my day.
I also love it when she is awake and happy and looks around at everything with her HUGE blue-gray eyes.
Getting a bath and washing hair upsets her so I decided to try them seperately and washed her hair this morning. She was perfectly quiet, smiley and almost fell asleep.
I love our baby girl.
=)
Tomorrow is a very special day: Ariana (LW) gets to meet Aunt Elizabeth and Uncle Janis and her cousins, Daniel and Amelia!!!!!!
I can not wait to see my sister again!!!!!!

I love that precious story. She's already learning to obey Momma. :)
Have fun with Elizabeth and the family! :) :)
