...Get Set...

Yesterday morning I woke up to damp sheets.
Normally that would not excite me.
Normally however, I am not 39 weeks pregnant.
Well I told Robert who told his parents who told the ER to said if I continued getting wet to call the clinic which I did who called the Doctor...
It took around three hours for them to get back to me so I concluded it must not be very important.
During that time I told my parents and sister-just in case.
Well then around 11 am they called and told me I needed to check in at admittence for monitoring.
Now THAT made me excited.
So Me, Robert and Lori went in (Robert had to go back to work after a while)
So they took be to the OB section had me change into a hospital gown (did you know they open in the back) hehe I didn't. Put the heart monitor and contraction monitor on me put me in a bed and checked three times for amniotic fluid leakage.
I was there for around 2 and a half hours. As it turned out it was not my water-they said most likely the mucus plug.
Then they sent me home.
I have to admit I've been downcast since then...
I was so convinced it was finally time...
*sighs*
Waiting is SO hard...
ahh well.
