Aftermath

Today is different.
Everything is in a whirlwind of activity to prepare for Leota's funeral on Monday.
Tonight some friends from Chicago are dropping in for a couple days I think that's good...it will give everyone something happier to dwell on.
Aside from that family is also most likely dropping in so the kids are all cleaning up the house. My part in the funeral is a slideshow to remember her...
That will be what I do the next couple days.
More later...

Boy am I tired...almost all the pictures are collected now. I still have to download the ones I emailed myself, gather the music and scan the rest of the photos onto the computer and then the process truly begins. There is something very special about making these videos...I truly love it.

It's like a glimpse into the very dear heart of the past...

Sometimes I feel whispers of a project that I think I'm meant to do while I am making them, but that's for another time.

Right now the house is clean. Dinner is cooking and everyone is waiting for the Chicago guests to arrive.

I long so much for a camera...it's my favorite way to journal.
